This is a recipe is for all those who want to whip up something great in very little time — something mouth watering to serve with their drinks. There are only three ingredients involved in the process and the preparation time is less than 20 minutes.
Ingredients
300 gms of chicken wings
6-10 tsp of soya sauce
One cup of Coke
Process
Take chicken wings and marinade them with about 6 tsp of the soya sauce (remember, no salt) for 30 mins. Start frying them in a sauce pan with a little (one tsp) bit of oil. Once one side has browned, turn it over (should take around 5 mins a side). Add some more soya sauce (around 2-3 spoons) and then add a cup of coke in it. Stir a little and close the lid of the pan. After around 10 mins you will see a thick gravy forming. Add some pepper. Stir it a little more till its as dry as you want it to be.
Do not use salt as the salt content in the soya should make the dish seasoned enough.
TIP: This is best served with scotch and some soulful music.
